CORPORATE SOCIAL INVESTMENT

We take our corporate social responsibility seriously and therefore engage in many different initiatives. Our focus is primarily on the youth and education. Lwandle Enterprise Development executes its Social Corporate Investment activities through the Thusano Education Foundation (TEF). A percentage of our profits are dedicated to this non-profit organisation. TEF together with their partners focus on the following initiatives: Curriculum Support: ( Maths, Accounting, Science & English ) Career Guidance Motivation Facilitating networks Mentoring and Coaching Life Skills Networking Bursary schemes and, Sport & Art Societies

In the area of empowerment, Lwandle Enterprise Development aims to promote skills development and job creation in the areas in which we operate in namely Compliance, Accounting, Taxation, Auditing and Sales, Human Resources, Legal and Administration. We intend to employ graduates who are currently unemployed who demonstrate the ability but lack work experience and moreover the organisation will afford employees the opportunity to further their studies by granting company loans or bursaries for exceptional performance. Employees are given on the job training and sent on external training courses, where necessary, to develop them and assist them in fulfilling their duties.

Lwandle Enterprise Development will partner with government to provide unemployed youth with work experience and skills. These initiatives are given a high priority as it contributes to the future of our youth and country.
